Closed for Thanksgiving

DeSoto County offices and courts will be closed Thursday, November 23 & Friday November 24 for the Thanksgiving holiday.
Animal Shelter:
The Animal Shelter will be closed Thurs Nov. 23-Sat Nov 25. County offices, courts, and animal shelter will resume operations Monday, Nov 27.
Emergency Services:
Emergency Services will not be impacted by the closures.
Garbage Collection:
Waste Connections will not collect trash on Thursday, November 23. Thursday’s trash pick-up will move to Friday. Friday’s trash collection will move to Saturday.
Rubbish Pit:
The Rubbish Pits on Sandidge, Starlanding, and Old Highway 178 will be closed Thursday and Friday.
The Sandidge Rubbish Pit located at 5255 West Sandidge Road in Olive Branch will be open Saturday, Nov. 75 from 8am-Noon. The other two will remain closed.
