Duties & Responsibilities

The Office of Finance oversees the operations in connection with all financial matters:

  • Accounts receivable & payable
  • Auditing / State & Federal reporting
  • Banking relationships
  • Debt Management
  • Fiscal Policies and Procedures
  • Maintains all financial records of the County
  • Grants Administration
  • Monitors all department expenditures in order to maintain budgetary compliance
  • Manages property and liability insurance
  • Manages all County inventory in accordance with State law

This office works closely with all other County Departments, the County Administrator, and the Board of Supervisors in all areas of finance.
