Duties & Responsibilities

The Human Resources department is responsible for onboarding new employees, administering benefits, processing payroll and ensuring compliance with County policies. We work hand in hand with all employees to achieve successful outcomes in all areas of our organization. This includes offering a safe place for employees to express issues and concerns they may have relating to their work environment, peers or supervisors.

The County offers a generous benefits package to full time employees which includes:

Full time employees are also mandated to participate in PERS, which is the State Retirement system.
