Ingrams Mill Community Park is located on 2283 Red Banks Road S. Byhalia, MS. In the Ingrams Mill Community.  It features a paved walking trail, outdoor gazebo with picnic tables, playground, and community center.  There are benches conveniently placed around the park and large open fields for picnicking and playing games. 

The Community Center is available for rent. It features a large meeting room, bathrooms, and parking.

Reservations are to be made a minimum of 30 days from date of the event. It is a first come, first serve basis with full payment received in the Environmental Services/Parks & Greenways Office. A date will not be reserved until payment is received.

To be an eligible applicant, you must be a minimum of 21 years of age and a DeSoto County resident. A Government issued Photo I.D. with current address is required.

 *Please note:               

This is to reserve the Community Center Building Only; all other Park grounds will remain available to the Public.

• No Alcohol is to be consumed on property
• No Third Party Vendors are allowed
• All County Parks and the Community Center close at 10pm

 Rental Prices for the Ingrams Mill Community Center are as follows:
        4 hr. rental, $50 plus a $75 deposit  = Total of $125
        8 hr. rental, $100 plus a $75 deposit = Total of $175

Payment may be made in the form of personal check, cashier’s check, or a money order.
Checks and Money Orders shall be made payable to DeSoto County Board of Supervisors.

Once the event is over, the building will be inspected on the following business day. Upon confirmation the building was left the way it was found, the paperwork process to refund the $75 deposit will begin. The refund is approved at the next Board of Supervisors regularly scheduled monthly meeting. This could take about 3-4 weeks depending on the dates. (The refund will be mailed back to you in the form of a check and to the address submitted on the application).
