This page contains a listing of online payment options for various DeSoto County Departments.  Please note that credit card processors charge customers fees to process payments.  This fee is charged by the company, not DeSoto County.  All questions or concerns should be directed to the appropriate department.

Adult Drug Court: Online Payment

A 2.5 percent service fee is added to all transactions made by credit card.

Adult Drug Court: Payment by Cash App

The Seventeenth Circuit Drug Court will now accept Cash App Payment for Adult Drug Court Fees. How it works:

  • Open the Cash App
  • Enter the fee amount.
  • Tap pay.
  • Enter $17adcfees ($Cashtag)
  • Enter the reason for payment
  • Tap pay.


Car Tag Renewal: Online Payment

A 3 percent service fee is collected at the time of payment.  Tags may only be renewed during the month due or during the 15-day grace period after expiration. 

Chancery Fees: Online Payment

A 2.5 percent service fee is charged by credit card processing company at the time of payment.

Criminal Fines, Fees, and Restitution: Payment Options

A service fee is added to credit card transactions made online.

Delinquent Taxes: Online Payment

This link is for online payments for Delinquent Taxes due in the Chancery Clerk's Office only - this does not include taxes that are payable in the Tax Collector's Office. A 2.5 percent service fee is charged by the credit card processing company at the time of payment.

Justice Court Fees : Online Payment

For Traffic Tickets and other misdemeanor fines. The credit card company charges a fee to process your payment. Fees are dependent on amount of payment and start at $2. They go directly to the credit card processor. 

Personal Property Tax: Online Payment

A 3 percent service fee is collected at the time of payment.

Real Property Tax: Online Payment

A 3 percent service fee is collected at the time of payment. 

Rubbish and Limb Collection Fees: Online Payment

A 2.5 percent service fee is added to all transactions made by credit card. You will need the Work Order Number and number of loads collected.
