High-Speed Internet will soon be available in all areas of DeSoto County. “In today’s world, high speed internet is just as important as the road to your house,” says Supervisor Lee Caldwell.
Friday, January 20th at 10:00AM - DeSoto County Supervisors will make an exciting announcement about broadband service headed to unserved areas of DeSoto County.
The Director of Mississippi Broadband office (BEAM) will travel from Jackson, MS to detail what’s being done to find out if those who have internet – are getting the speeds promised by internet providers.
Plus, there will be information about a program that is helping families gain access to available internet.
