Due to inclement weather and unsafe road conditions, Chancellor Mitchell Lundy has cancelled Chancery Court scheduled in Hernando for the week of Tuesday, February 16, 2021-Friday, February 19, 2021. All matters scheduled for February 16-19, 2021 will be rescheduled at a later date. Follow up with your attorney to get the new court date.
The offices of the Chancery Court Clerk will be closed Tuesday & Wednesday, February 16-17, 2021. The Board of Supervisors are watching road conditions closely and will make decisions about future office closings as they deem necessary.
