C Spire hosted a "Get Fiber First" town hall meeting on Monday, September 30 in Jackson, Mississippi. Supervisors Mark Gardner, Lee Caldwell and County Administrator Vanessa Lynchard as well as city officials attended the meeting. They talked with C Spire representatives about bringing fiber to DeSoto County. "We want to be the first community to Get Fiber First, " said Lee Caldwell. At the meeting they discussed strategies on how to compete with other counties for this service.
