Teleflex Inc. combined four of its distribution centers to their new Olive Branch location. The company occupies 618,000 square feet of space in a building on North Distribution Drive that is quickly filling up with other medical business. "This is a good example of businesses moving to DeSoto County for our friendly approach with government,"said Supervisor Jessie Medlin, "We are fortunate to be able to combine efforts with state, county and municipal officials to bring industry to our county." The company looked at other sites before making the decision to move to Olive Branch. The close proximity to interstates, the Memphis International Airport, and Olive Branch's new Methodist Hospital makes this a prime location for the company.
