DeSoto County Offices and Courts will have flags at half staff to honor the memory of Former President Jimmy Carter. The Flags will be at half mass until January 28, 2025.
Former President Carter died on December 29 in Plains, Georgia. He is survived by his children Jack, Chip, Jeff and Amy; 11 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
