What if I cannot afford an attorney for my child?
In all delinquency cases, you can request that an attorney be appointed for your child at no cost if you are unable to afford representation for your child. At the first appearance court date, you will be given the opportunity to swear out an affidavit requesting a free attorney be appointed for your child.
