The Chancery Court Judges travel throughout six counties in the Third Chancery district. If a Judge is listed on the calendar as being in Hernando for the week, please note you will be able to handle ex parte matters on the appropriate day for that Judge. If you need a Hearing or a Trial date, please contact the Court Administrator for the Judge that is assigned to the case. Judge Daniels' ex parte day is Monday, Judge Lundy's ex parte day is Tuesday and Judge Lynchard's ex parte day is Wednesday. All other dates you will need to verify with the Court Administrator before setting a trial or hearing.
