Earth Day Exhibitor Form 2026

  1. Earth Day Exhibitor Form

Exhibit space is open to community groups, non-profits, government agencies, farmers, and environmentally-conscious businesses that want to be a part of the DeSoto County Earth Day Celebration. Exhibitors may be grouped together by environmental focus areas such as education, recycling, water, conservation, farming, sustainability, or wildlife. All exhibits should have an environmental focus that is sustainable (example: exhibiting hybrid or electric automobiles would be permitted while traditional SUV's would not.) This will help us to maintain the growth and quality of the festival. Our aim is a green, yet diverse, free, family event. If you are interested in being part of the Earth Day festivities, please fill out the following application form. All applications must be approved by the Earth Day committee. Permission to exhibit depends on how environmentally focused your exhibit will be and the number of exhibitor requests we receive. This year we will focus on DeSoto County's rich agricultural heritage and stormwater responsibility!

  2. Sales

No Earth Day Exhibitors will be allowed to sell goods or services at this event. Please have handouts or a fun craft for kids to enjoy and help remind them to care for the Earth!

We are looking into having a couple of food trucks on site.  They will be the only vendors allowed to sell.

  3. Booth spaces will be approximately 12x12.  Please specify if you need more than 1 space.  An added bonus to the venue is electricity and water are available!!

  4. Set Up Instructions

Set up  Saturday, April 18th  between 7:00 a.m. - 7:45 a.m. You will be assigned a space and sent a map the week of the event.  You will be able to have your car or regular size pick up parked behind your booth as we will be utilizing the RV spaces. Larger vehicles will need to contact us for special instructions.  Please provide your own canopies, tables and chairs!  The spaces will be marked clearly for ease of set up.

  5. Take Down Intructions

Dismantle - Saturday, April 18th AFTER 12:00 p.m.   Please make sure you have disposed of any trash in the recycling containers or trash receptacles.

Please try to have activities that will span the course of the event's times.   Please also make every effort to remain open until noon.  It makes everything run much smoother for all.
