The Chancery Clerk's office is pleased to announce that effective March 1, 2023 we will begin e-recording Plats. If you are a Planning Department, please review the Requirements for Plat Submission and make sure that all items are proper before uploading the digital plat to this site. Our office will contact you regarding any issues  that prohibit us from recording the plat. 

If you are a developer or an owner seeking to pay for the fee to record a plat in the Chancery Clerk's office, you can pay online using this link. Enter the Name of the Subdivision in the Payment Submitted for field the amount of the recording fee in the Payment Amount field. Call our office at 662-469-8397 to get the correct recording amount fee prior to submitting an online payment to avoid recording delays. Pay Online 

Upload PDF Plat Files

  2. Enter the Name of the Subdivision or Development

  3. Use this link to upload a PDF file of the Plat submitted for Recording. Plats can be submitted as multipage PDFs or as single page PDFs. Use this link if you are submitting the first page or if you have a multipage PDF.

  4. Recording Fee

    The recording fee for a plat is $26 for 5 pages (add $1 for each additional page). The recording fee can be submitted to our office via check or paid online using the link provided. Click Pay Recording Fee Online.

The Tax Assessor and GIS department use a DWG file to update the parcel info in the GIS mapping system. Please use this link to upload the DWG file to the Tax Assessor.
